Spotting

So annoyed. Any advice? Some months after my pos opk I have zero spotting. Other times it happens! This time it's doing it again 🙄. Only when I check my cervix. It's been brown, pink, reddish here and there. Af now due until next tues. It can do this daily up until full blown af. Like I said it's only sometimes?! Could it be low progesterone on the cycles it occurs??? I had it tested before and it was 9.1 but hard to say it was exactly 7 days past ovulation as I only use opks and you can't totally pin point true o day with that. Any thoughts? My husband also has very bad Sperm motility and morphology I feel like we are doomed for the fertility clinic in the near future 😔
