Period and IUDs?

I have the mirena and I have a period now after a year and a half of having it and it is irregular. Does anyone else have this issue ?

it is the same for me. it's really frustrating, i don't know if i want to keep my mirena if this is how it is. i have longer periods then before!

Yes I've had my iud for about 10 months. I'm starting to have really irregular and painful periods. I'll spot for a few days then have a super heavy flow then the next day I won't bleed then I'll spot again. It's very frustrating.
