Stringy discharge?

I've had Kyleena for a month now and recently, I've been having cramps and weird, dark red/brown stringy discharge. It almost seems like uterine lining because of the fleshy texture (sorry, gross). Has anyone else experienced this? My period ended about a week and a half ago and I'm not due for a while.

I have had mirena for about a month. The same thing happened to me and weirded me out. I was also bleeding more often than not. My dr checked it and said all that was normal. While I had made up crazy scenarios in my head, nothing was wrong. Lol My dr told me that it's because a foreign object in in the body and your body is trying to get used to it.

I have the Mirena for a month now and that happened to me the first 2 weeks later just dark brown discharge.
