Okay a little tmi but I was popping (yall know how hard that is sometimes!) and I was wiping doing my thing then when i was done in the back I wiped my front and there was a brown/red discharge on the toilet paper. I know it sounds like it could be poop but I didn't wipe from the back. No pain or anything just pressure the past few days which I've read is normal. Should I be scared?
