I started taking this pill recently and just wondered if anyone had taken this and noticed anything such as spots;better or worse? Anything like that. Also as I take it at a set time each night before bed, how long OUT of the set time can I be before being concerned about the effectiveness, I read it was 3 hours but I wasn't sure if it was for this particular pill.
