Puppy training

So we have a new puppy he's been with us for about two months now. He's pretty potty trained but has peed twice in the house today. Both times it was right after he had come inside from being outside for about 15 minutes.

It's hot today so I think he figures I will just pee in the house today lol

The other suggestions I was looking for was he will eat off my sons high chair. I have been putting him on a leash and having him hang out in another room ( where I can still see him) to get him to stop. Any other suggestions?
