Need help!

last month my periode came 7 days late, lasted 2 days and i there was almost no blood. the last day there only came brown blood/mucase. i took several tests and all where negative. Yesterday i took a test becauce my body is feeling wierd and after 3 min i saw the line on pic 1. but it was so faint that i thought it was my line eyes... after about an hour i looked at it again and then the line was defently there... my next period is not for another week and 3 days... could i be pregnant? what is happening? 😖
