Different reaction of men and woman when it comes to STD's

I see at lot of topics about woman getting STDs and it just cross my mind about how can us woman be so open to tell are partners that they gave us something. But it different when they think we gave them something and want to get all upset about it. When they are the ones cheating. I took so much heat on Monday from my man because he thought I cheated on him when I didn't because he had some type irritation around his penis. I just think its unfair how much heat we get and I personally felt attack by my man and I just cried that day.

Therefore do you think that men are more harder on woman when they think a woman gave them an STD or we woman more aggressive toward men when we find out they give us an STD?
