Is this safe?

So my friend just had a baby and she knows I have been struggling with breastfeeding and she knows how badly I wanna continue when I say struggle I mean I only pump out 4oz in total and so I literally don't have a stash saved at all it's very little I wanna build it up she recommended this product to me by ITworks she says she takes it and her other friends do? What do you guys think has anyone tried this before

Oatmeal, brewers yeast, never heard of this. Remember what you pump, doesn't mean that's what you make. Anything you pump after feeding baby is over supply. 
The best way to up supply is skin to skin, and latch baby on A LOT. After feeding pump for 15-20 min. I can only pump 1oz and still be engorged, because I don't respond to a pump anymore. I EBF and only try to pump/hand express if I have a clogged duct. I'm 8 months in, and had every trouble in the book.

As long as you get the new Greens (the ones pictured) it's perfectly fine and my obgyn approved. Been drinking them for a year now. They do help with milk production bc of all the good nutrients you are getting

I've had friends who used this while breastfeeding to help increase their supply when they went back to work. Are you pumping for going back to work or just because you want to pump? Some days I get a ton out of my pump and other days I don't respond at all but I'm engorged.
  
This is basically a supplement. It is full of "greens" but if you eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water I'm sure it has the same affect as this. My supply didn't increase until I really started to pay attention to my diet. I took vitamins and made myself "lactation" smoothies full of good stuff. A change in diet would also probably be cheaper than this stuff. It is on the pricier side.

You can try mothers milk or lactation cookies there tons of stuff you can try
