Thick clear piece of discharge

I know TMI, sorry but I have to ask.

As soon as I woke up I went to use the bathroom, before I started peeing I felt and heard something drop into the toilet, when I look it was a piece of clear (no color) piece of discharge.... I'm worried because I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks on May 12th and then got pregnant in June after my first period, I'm currently 5 weeks 2 Days. I haven't felt any pregnancy symptoms and/or any signs of miscarriage BUT this discharge thing .... so I'm not sure if I should be worried
