Being induced

I'm 41 weeks pregnant getting induced next week but my cervix is still closed I was told this will make the induction longer possible could last 3days if my cervix doesn't play ball and has a high risk of ending up in a c-section. Can you give me advice/tips on how to soften my cervix so I can do my best to avoid a c-section please
