I would try to limit fruit. It's got a lot of sugar and even though yes it's natural sugar it's still sugar. With my first I started with carrots and he loves veggies. I wouldn't start a baby with fruit because they'll only want sweet stuff

try hiding food in that stuff like carrot soup can have squash in it! or banna smooths with other yellow veggies like yellow bell pepper and wheat germ! even better when my sister can around make healthy junk foods! apple sauce have veggies hidden in it. if you can't take the difference between the normal and the new chances are they can't either. just put in the normal looking containers to feed the lieeeessss 😋😋😊
