Nervous

I had sex on June 29th, and he pulled out and I'm on the pill. I'm supposed to get my period on July 20th, and I have a 28-29 day cycle. I have never missed a day; the worst has been taking it a little over an hour late. I take it at 9pm but wasn't home until a little after 10pm. When wiping today, I got some kinda light greenish mucus that wasn't thick just kinda phlegmy. Is this normal? I shouldn't be pregnant right? I'm just very paranoid and need some reassurance please!!
