Tap water during pregnancy

soo..I've heard various opinions on this subject but I wanted to hear from my friends on Glow...is tap water safe to drink during pregnancy? My doctor didn't really have much to say about it, she basically said that if I am concerned about drinking it to drink bottled purified water instead. Obviously tap water is cheaper and readily available, but if it's dangerous I'd rather spend the money for bottled water. What do you ladies think? Did you drink tap water while pregnant and was everything ok?? This is my 4th baby but honestly I drank bottled water (when i drank water...i mainly drank juice and other healthy drinks) during my other pregnancies, so i dont really have experience with tap while being pregnant. Thank you for your input!!!💖💧💦🍶*****edit***** the reason why i was asking about the tap water and drinking it while being pregnant is because i heard about it possibly causing miscarriage. yes, my children drink the tap water because i know its safe for THEM. I was worried about miscarriage. I would never let my children drink or eat something that i knew was unsafe. I live in FL and in a fairly big city..our water is not contaminated and i asked a friend this morning who works for the city and she let me know the water report is fine and safe, which i already knew it was safe to drink. What i didnt know was about the risk of miscarriage. I heard from various ppl that the flouride could cause miscarriage. So thats why i was asking for people's opinions on the matter. I guess i should've specified. Thank you.
