the second I pick her up she is out like a light but if I put her to sleep on her back she squirms and kicks and grunts and eventually cries. I have tried winding her, holding her upright for 30-40mins after feeding, drinking chamomile tea to go through my breast milk, bathing her before bed to calm and encourage her tummy to relax. it seems like she needs to poo and it isn't coming even though she does 1-2 during the day. any ideas to help her sleep on back would be appreciated.
