Silly food question?

When do the food limitations take affect for cold cuts/hot dogs/pepperoni? We are staying at my family's this weekend and I know they are serving the above. I'm only about 2 weeks along (4 if you count my lmp) but was just curious. I have ulcerative colitis so I could just blame that but my sister in laws made the old "cheese sandwich" trick pretty obvious during their pregnancy...lol!
