spotted brown, than got a bfp,than took progesterone, than bled this morning???????

so i have spotted brown from 3dpo til 7 and than had 1 swipe of dark red blood on 7/8dpo.

yesterday i spotted brown a teeny bit and than i took a test and it was positive!!

so i took 600 mg of progesterone last night before bed (orally!!!) and this morning i got another positive but after i peed i realized i was bleeding abit.

im so scared that its over before it even hardly began.

and its the weekend i cant even go get bloodwork done or talk to my dr.

help???
