edit: i usually have regular periods and track my period with the eve app it always been regular but yea maybe i may have ovulated late do you guys know of any way to know other than the doctor? i dont have insurance so i have to pay for every visit

i dont know what to do anymore my period is 5 days late 5 negative pregnancy tests, every time i take a pregnancy test and it comes back negative i cry 😭 because then what's causing my period to be late if im not pregnant? im having nausea, super tender breasts, and i dont know if this is a pregnancy symptom but really bad cramps the day i was supposed to start my period i just spotted like brownish discharge and then nothing the next day same thing and then nothing and since then im habing this super watery discharge but no period 😞
