Husband accidentally hit me in the stomach

I'm about 13 weeks. I'm unable to contact my dr. She's basically impossible to reach. I was hit pretty good right in the baby bump. I couldn't stand up straight for 30 seconds. I'm a little worried, because I still feel pressure and light cramps a day later. It could be normal I felt light cramps prior. My husband fucked up my insurance this month and doesn't want me to go to a dr. Maybe I'm just nervous. Do you think things are most likely alright?
