strange discharge very tmi

okay so when I went to the bathroom I noticed that when I wiped a legit string of mucus like discharge came off. later after being out and about today I took off my pants to find this. it's mucus like too and parts clear and creamy. What do this mean? it's honestly gross and concerning. The gyno said my reports came back normal before this happened.
