Confidence in kink?

Hey everyone I am a fellow kinkster that's trying to gain my confidence. I know very well what I'm into and what I'm not. I've brought this up to my ex a couple years ago, and he was absolutely revolted. Even after a few boyfriends they were okay with it but just never acted on it. I'm single now, and even I struggled with confidence in my sexual side ever since my first boyfriend. Any tips on being single, and gaining confidence in your kink side? Thanks!
