Cramping
Does anyone else experience cramping? I'm not nursing/pumping as much any more. I've finally started my first period in a little over a year last month. Then this month I spotted for about a week. I've been crampy. I've taken a pg test and its negative. What are some symptoms you've experienced while weaning?
