Preseed fertility PLEASE HELP

So I have a couple of questions first I'm taking prenatals to help do I continue taking them while using pre-seed ? Secondly the directions was unclear how much do I fill it up because I filled it up all the way and how far do I put it up my Vigina ? Do I take it while I'm ovulating or do it matter if I am or not ? Do I use it everyday or try one and a few weeks later try again ?
