Ovulation test - positive or negative?

Could someone help me read this? Took the top one this morning around 11:00 and the bottom one around 4:00. The right line is the "C" and the left line is the "T". Top test is positive to me - the left line is darker than the right bloomer. But the bottom test looks negative since the test line is lighter than the right line. Maybe I don't understand ovulation enough. Am I only positive and ovulating at certain times throughout the day? Or do I ovulation for a period of time straight?
