Any fertility tricks / tips?

I'm 38 and ttc#1. We've been doing known donor insemination at home for the past 9 months, and with the exception of a success ending in miscarriage, we are having no luck! I've been to the dr and the fertility clinic and had all the tests and whatnot, and everything is good... my donor has two toddlers already, so that part is working ;) lol... I'm frustrated as to why I can't seem to get pregnant (and stay that way). I'm looking to see if anyone has any advice on foods, supplements etc that help with fertility! :)
