Little Bumps under Butt Cheek

I have a cluster of little bumps in the crease of my butt cheek and thigh on my right leg. They don't itch or hurt and I honestly wouldn't notice them if I didn't see/ feel them. Any ideas? When I googled it a lot of people seemed to have the same thing but I couldn't find any answers.
