Possible signs of preterm labor?

I have my next appt Wednesday and plan on talking to my doctor about this, but wanted to get insight here too!

Baby is head down and sitting really low in my pelvis (my u/s Friday showed this). I've also felt kicks very low in my pelvis now instead of up higher like they were for weeks.

Blood pressure has been normal. I've had loose stools the past 5ish days though. TMI, sometimes it's diarrhea and sometimes it's just really soft.

I'll be 30 weeks Wednesday. Anyone else having diarrhea and has baby sitting super low? I'm nervous this could mean I won't make it full term. Any advice ladies?

Honestly I wouldn't be too concerned. The kicks you feel lower could very well be punches. And you could have a stomach bug. Remember that cervical checks are not a true indicator of impending labor. Obviously, like you said talk to your care provider. But if I were you I wouldn't ask for a check unless you are contracting regularly, frequently, and intensely. Rather, you might have your care provider check baby's position to help you belly map what you are feeling.

My baby boy is super low and been head down for weeks. I have had soft stools for almost entire third trimester. I'll be 32 weeks on Thursday.

Omgosh yes! Diarrhea for 6 days now and today it's been worse than before! Tons of pressure, pains, Braxton hicks, nesting and cramps. Fundal height measures 4 weeks ahead and I'm already at risk for preterm labor. I lost some of my plug last week and more of it this morning!
