Has anyone ever tried using a post partum belt/band/corset? Did it help any and what was your experience with? What is the best type to purchase. Thought about purchasing one for after giving birth this will be my second baby and I'm really hoping to get my body In better shape than currently. Being a mother makes me want to live a long and healthy life. Thanks for any input in advance :)
