Did anyone have blood pressure issues after birth?

1 month postpartum and I've had a few episodes with my blood pressure. It's definitely concerning me... the first time I went to the ER and followed up with my doctor but today it went up again and went down but tonight it's up again. This is so scary 😔

I had mild preeclampsia and was induced 3 weeks early and then after birth my BP was still high. They put me on BP medicine and It's finally back to normal and I'm 7 weeks PP. did they put you on BP meds?

Yes a few days after i had her while still in the hospital, 161/156! The drop down to 90/70 it was awful jad to stay in thr hospital 4 days they gave me labetalol and after a couple weeks i was fine. I develops preclampsia like the last week i was pregnant. They called it postclampsoa cause it carried on after she was born ans typically it clears up right after baby is born
