hi everyone. let me introduce myself... I'm Rebecca im 32... i have pcos, endometriosis, ic, and hypothyroid... i do have a son who is 6. took 2 years to conceive him and didn't have as many problems then as i do now. it took over 2 years, 5 drs (2 gi and 3 ob/gyns), and several tests that i shouldnt have had to go through for someone to finally read my chart and say that i had endometriosis. my first ob/gyn did a laproscopy and took out my right ovary and tube bevause he thought that was the reason for my pain was pcos... never gave me my pathology report just said it was pcos and the continued pain was all in my head. so went to several other drs and they thought ibs abd several other things and ran tests but couldn't figure out all the pain... even had a 2nd laproscopy and she said severe pcos. went to another ob/gyn and thats when they finally found the pathology report from 1st surgery that said endo on it... anyways sorry long rant/story... I've done 6 months of lupron and bcp and metformin and 1 round of Clomid so far... good luck ladies
