Okay so I'm freaking out abit

I just had the implanon removed about 3 weeks ago and since then me and my boyfriend have been having sex with condoms, I haven't taken any contraception my self because I just wanted to see how my body reacts. I had been on the implanon for 5 years

I'm a massive over thinker and I keep thinking that I'm pregnant, is there any chance I could get pregnant while using condoms?

Because I've come off the implanon my doctor said I could feel sick and get headaches and stuff but I'm again overthinking that I'm pregnant
