My midwives (birth center) were amazing! They have mamas eat a meal with eggs and toast and some orange juice. It is the same glucose load as the dreaded drink, but in a much more natural way to consume it.

My OB has me eating every 1-2 hours. No more than 2 hours between meals and snacks :/

Mine is all the time. I have to monitor my sugar by a healthy diet and eating frequently. On a normal day when I am not pregnant I eat 6 times a day.

Hey. Me too. I have never been diagnosed with anything. But I have hypoglycemia very badly only during pregnancy. It's miserable

i had gd with ky daughter i was just hoping this one would be different sense ive been following a strict diet. i passed it when i did it at 12 weeks and now that im at 28 weeks i really hope i dont fail.

I had a three hour and got sick at the hour mark. Going back for my third glucose screen at 14 weeks 😒 here's to not failing. Never had GD before but it's precaution bc my son was big 😭

Husband checked the camera and woke me up to go "fix the baby". Said she was face down in her mattress. I go in, she has her head to the side but I roll her anyway, now she is in her bed screamimg and i am regretting my life choices. Also it is 4:17am 😧

Yup. But again, I appreciate the worry. More so at 10am than at 5am when im tired and a little annoyed i woke her up lol but better safe than sorry

I thought it taste really good. I had no problem drinking it but once I was sitting there waiting I started for feel really sick. I thought I was gonna throw up 😨
