My DH and I have been TTC for 10 months. My cycles are usually 25-27 days. I had a hysteroscopic myomectomy 6 weeks ago for a uterine fibroid. We were hopeful to start treatment for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> two weeks later once my cycle began, however my RE found a cyst on my ovary. Now I'm about 4 days late on AF. HPT negative yesterday morning however it was not first morning urine. Is there chance I'm pregnant or could cyst be causing issue? Over past couple weeks, I've had some warm flashes, some nausea spells, and a couple instances where I've had low back pain similar to period cramps. Not sure what's happening.
