Have I ruined myself?

Hey guys, it's been on my mind for a while. Since the age of 14 I've been on all types of birth control, I started on the pill then moved onto the implant, back onto the pill, injection, pill and back onto the implant. I'm very fickle. I've probably had more implants than stated but unsure :( when I was 19 I was diagnosed with PCOS. Has the change in birth control throughout the years ruined my chances of becoming a mum? Having implant out in August to start trying for a baby with my fiancé. Any advice would be much appreciated

It might have messed with your body's ability to regulate your hormones some, but if you're proactive about helping your body back into balance it might not be as bad as you think!

I don't know exactly but I was in a similar situation where I had switched different birth controls over the years, particularly this past year where I had my implant out then onto the depo for one shot then decided to go onto the pill which I only did for 6 weeks. It took me two months to get a proper period and a month later I got my positive. My advice would be just don't get too disappointed and allow your body time to regulate:)

Thankyou ladies! We was trying this time last year for around 6 months. But I was getting super upset with negatives all the time & it was putting a toll on our relationship. We've decided now, if it happens it happens. We love each other  enough to get through this x
