Best bassinet?

I was looking at a fisher price one from babies r us.... not sure?
Def don't want to do halo - too expensive. What worked for you?

Honestly everyone I talked to told me not to waste my money on a bassinet. Everyone is suggesting pack in plays with the infant attachments so you can use them after the fact as well.

We have a halo bassinet and I actually do love that thing. After having an emergency csection I was so sore and the fact that it swivels, and the side comes down just by pushing on it was so helpful for middle of the night feedings. I got it on sale though, there was a 30% off coupon. If you can get it on sale I would highly recommend it. We tried using the pack n play but it was too big to be next to our bed, d idnt fit in our room so well.
