Can anyone please post their 6w abdominal scan. Would they be able to see anything to identify early pregnancy by then?

I know if you have a vaginal US you can definitely see something!

If they seen something , even just a sac would they have to report it on my ultrasound?

I didn't know if I was pregnant at the time, but if I was would have they been able to tell.

Any help would be great!
