So this is my 5th pregnancy. After my fourth I had the LEAP procedure done (last June). I decided to switch to a new OB this pregnancy and at my first appointment (8 weeks) they asked if I had any thing like this done. I said yes and the ob nurse who was interviewing me said ok and then stated that starting at 14 weeks I will get an ultrasound every TWO weeks to make sure my cervix isn't shortening. Shocked, I asked if this made me high risk (which I've never been) and she said not unless it actually does start shortening! I couldn't even think at the time what to ask or think! Has anyone else experienced this? My 12 week scan and appointment is this Thursday and I need advise on what questions to ask! Or if I should have any concerns? All my pregnancies have been very easy going and mostly worry free so I'm pretty nervous! Sorry so long! lol I've been keeping this in for the last month trying not to stress myself out!!
