Some background information : At that moment I am supposed to be on my period and I technically am. However, with the help my OBGYN I take birth control through my whole cycle so I don't actually bleed and it lessens symptoms. With this there are times I have a break through and I start to bleed, this is not the case. So, during my normal period time my vaginal walls seem to be looser then normal, I guess that's a question in it self, is this normal? I was masturbating and normally I can only fit 1-3 fingers inside myself, this time I went for 4 and felt no pain nor discomfort. In fact, it felt good. When I was finished and cleaning myself up I noticed there was blood. My immediate thought was that I had a break through, there was enough blood for that and it is around the right time. As I examined more I realized that, that wasn't the case and it in fact was coming from the very entrance of my vagina. I kept cleaning hoping the blood would stop but it took a little while before it slowed, it was in no way gushing but there was quite a bit. I still felt no discomfort and continue not to, just the normal soreness from masturbating in general. The question is, could I have just scratched myself? Or is there a possibility I tore my hymen? As I have never had sex with a male and used more fingers than normal, even if it was just by one more.
