Ultrasound Question?

I have my first trimester ultrasound screening tomorrow morning and I don't have a sitter to watch my daughter, I'm in Canada. Does anyone know if you can take your child in with you for the ultrasound? I mean I can give her my phone so she's not bored out of her mind? Lol

yes you can as long as they don't hinder the US tech.

I couldn't tell you about Canada for sure, but I know ive never heard of a mom being turned away for something like that in the States.

I don't know how it is came a but here in Massachusetts U.S I can bring my son in for an abdominal but I have to ask for a chaperone for my son if I have to do a transvaginal

I'm in Canada. I have had scans at an ultrasound place and the hospital. Both places said not to bring children or if they had to come there has to be another adult to watch them as there is no one allowed in the room while the tech is taking measurements (whether it be spouse, child, grandparent, etc) but they can come in afterwards for a brief viewing.
