Scared of going to the gyno?

I know this is so silly of me but I have a huge fear of going to a gynecologist :( I get anxiety over it and I know I'm having problems conceiving and I know it's something g I need to get over. Can someone give me tips and helpful advice to not be so freaked out? Thanks :)

Honestly let them know how you feel. Tell them that you get freaked out coming in. First thing you need to do is relax. To you it's weird and uncomfortable maybe but to them your just the next patient. Let them know how you feel and I'm sure they can talk to you about being more comfortable. After all if you do become pregnant you'll be going a lot more often.
