Is a Small coffee at dunkin ok ?

I'm 9 weeks and I'm dying to have a coffee ... will my baby be ok if I only get a small ice coffee ???

You can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day safely which is about 2 small cups a day but I usually stick to one

Small is fine. I'm just avoiding so I don't crave it. Honestly once Pumpkin Spice is back not sure how I will survive though. But I'll be in my third trimester so I might indulge then.

I have had Dunkin coffee my entire pregnancy (due tomorrow) and baby seems to be doing fine. I never get bigger than a small. Now to the earlier post about pumpkin spice... thanks for making me seriously crave one now hahahaha

I haven't had any caffeine sense becoming pregnant but I've read and heard a little caffeine won't hurt the baby 💙😊 I just chose not to have it 😄

It's fine.... but to ease my own nerves (because I am crazy lol) I get half caffeine and half decaf!  I had an iced coffee yesterday and it was sooo good!

Maybe decaf ? Still has caffeine but very little. Once in a while I get a latte from them decaf and I can't tell the difference :)

My doctor told me I need to have coffee every day since I was a heavy drinker and one cup in the morning is the only hint that keeps my migraines at bay. Up to 200mg is safe

I have coffee daily. My doctor said the harm from caffeine withdrawal is worse than having the coffee and he'd rather me not have those headaches
