Can't step foot in my kitchen?

Question

Whenever I do I start gagging and usually vomit... my husband has been keeping it meticulously clean for my sake but O just can't stand to be in there, our fridge especially, just looking at it makes me feel sick!!! 
What am I supposed to do? I am 14 weeks and need to be able to get myself water in the morning without vomiting...

I'd get a few water bottles and get your husband to fill them up and keep them in you lounge room or bedroom.

This was literally me, I'd throw up every time I went into the kitchen it was awful. I'd have to go downstairs, hold my breath, open the back door and kitchen window and then wait 5 minutes for the air to go through and calm the smell down haha.

I had the same issue! The smell of the metal kitchen sink made me sick. I put peppermint oil under my nose and it helped a little bit.

Oh no. Are you on meds for "morning sickness" disregard the "morning" but you know what I mean lol
