I know breast pain during pregnancy is to be expected. Well I have a pain and I'm just trying to figure out if it's normal or not? It's only in my left breast right around my nipple basically and it's really sharp and shooting and gets worse to touch. I feel like I need to squeeze it ? Lol??

This breast a year ago was hit really hard by a soccer ball and ever since it got hit has left a visible vein and that's actually where the most pain is. Maybe this is normal tho ? Maybe it will eventually move to other breast! Idk I'm only 13 weeks
