So confused

I was expecting the worst with blood results. The doctor said my levels went up relatively normal. I was at 579 last Wednesday and on Monday my levels are now 2254. Waiting for my ultrasound tomorrow to see what is going on. She thinks I'm not as far along which doesn't seem possible.
