Answer

Ask questions based on your parenting philosophy and what you believe in. 
Is there a non emergency phone line?
If so, who will answer that?
What are your hours for sick visits?
How many other doctors are in this practice? 
Under what circumstances will we see one of them and not you?
Do you stay current on research and what the AAP recommends?
How do you feel about breastfeeding vs formula feeding?
How do you feel about breastfeeding past six months or one year?
Do you use different growth charts for formula fed babies and breastfed babies?
How do you feel about vaccination full/selective/delayed?
How do you feel about bed sharing or co sleeping?
How do you feel about sleep training?
Do you know how to care for an intact penis?
Do you follow the current suggestion of not recommending solids prior to six months old or solid readiness signs?
How they answer these may make you feel like they're not the right fit for your family. Good luck!
