Menstrual Regularity
I have had my menstrual cycle for almost 7 years and it still has not regulated itself. If anything my period is becoming more irregular. I know that my exercise habits change and that it may effect my menstrual cycle, but my current period came an entire week ahead of schedule and the previous period I had body aching cramps that effected my daily activity. Is this bad? Am I alone in this? How do I fix it naturally? Or is there a natural fix for this?
