Does anyone else suffer crazy period symptoms during the first day of their period? I woke up today with slight cramps and it didn't get bad until I got to class. I was sweating profusely and feeling faint, I thought it was just really hot so I left the room. The moment I left the room was when I realized it was just me. I was sweating and my hands were shaking, I had really bad cramps and I felt so nauseous. I was about to faint in the hallway. This has only happened to me about twice in my life. I googled it before and said it was due to iron deficiency anemia. Anyone else has this as well and has good tips on coping with it?
