When to text back

So a guy I've been recently talking to since April, we started texting every day for the past 3 weeks and I'm always the first to text except maybe 2 times. How long should I wait for him to text back if say he is interested? Like 3 days? I'm almost 20, &a; he's 28, I'm kinda new at this.

if you're always the first to text and it takes him 3 days to respond, he is not interested. ditch that guy and find one who will text you first and make time to text you back in a timely manner.

I would say three days but don't text him as much. If you likes you and if he's interested he will pick up the slack. If you're constantly texting him and you're always the first one he's going to get annoyed. but don't play games. He's 28. if you have a question about your relationship or if you are texting too much, just ask him. and I hope you don't mind me saying this but please just be careful . a 28 year old pursuing a teenager sounds a bit worrisome to me especially since you are the one who's constantly messaging him and not the other way around. I just don't want you to get hurt. if he's serious about you you should be meeting his friends at some point and he should be open with them about your age. if he's not, then you need to talk to him.
