How do I know if I'm living with a hypochondriac? My husband has been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, but he's never been diagnosed as a hypochondriac. He constantly thinks he is dying and he is always developing new symptoms. When he goes to the doctor, they say all his tests are normal. He usually doesn't continue going to the same doctor because he's frequently finding something about the person that he doesn't like. Therefore, I'm not sure that they would diagnose him with hypochondria.
