Dropping

So the pic on the left is not even 2 weeks ago. The pic on the right is today. I'm 30 weeks. Is it possible for her to have dropped this soon? I went went to the er because of decreased movement a few days ago. On the ultrasound her head was under my pubic bone and she is head down. Wondering if she can drop this soon??
